The reseller has the option of setting up their own
calling card system in their respective perimeters.
In order to set up a calling card system, the Reseller
requires
• A voice Gateway (a minimum of 2 ports sufficient)
• Internet Bandwidth (minimum 24kbps/port)
• Local Access Lines (Analog / Digital Phone
Lines)
Setup and configuration support would be provided
and once complete, the resellers would simply generate
accounts and print out calling card that can be sold
to customers:
• The management console, SMART (Service
Management & Reselling Tool) will allow automated
generation of accounts which can be exported for printing
purposes.
• The user who purchases
the calling card will simply need to dial the access
number provided by the reseller and follow the voice
prompts to place a call from any phone!
• All voice prompts
(IVR) and billing will be done at the switch of Tseyva
eliminating the reseller’s need to purchase
additional hardware/software for the same.
